Wall provided complete Design-Build services for this project, coordinating all project programming, design, and permitting during the pre-construction phase, and managing all construction for a complete project.  Working with the Central Vermont Medical Center, this 11,600sf wood framed Medical Office Building houses a growing medical practice and includes a rehab center.

Unique Attributes:  This project, built on property owned by Norwich University, required extensive cuts in the base of Paine Mountain to maximize this site for the Medical Office Building.  The cut slope is stabilized by stone and the complex site drainage system is designed to meet stringent storm water standards and tie into an existing storm water system.
