Hill Farmstead Brewery
Greensboro, Vermont
Phase I consisted of a 2,700 sf three sided addition to the existing brewery operation to house expanded brewing capacity, tasting and retail area. Phase II consisted of a 10,300 sf addition to house industrial brewing, storage, tasting room and office areas.

Unique Attributes: The Phase I “U” shaped addition flanked the existing wood framed barn-type original brew house and construction was coordinated with the Owner to allow continual brewing and retail operations throughout construction. The Phase II addition incorporated many industrial brewing design features with a high bay brewing area and mezzanine connected to the Phase I section. This phase also included a three story connected component with storage and refrigeration on the basement (production) level, a retail / tasting room on the ground level, and offices on the upper level.
