This facility was built as the new home for a well established high volume Chevrolet-Buick dealership.  Just west of the former Morrisville location, the 15,400 sf steel framed dealership houses all showroom, sales, administration, parts and service departments in a well designed and highly energy efficient building.  Vehicle inventory is presented on terraced lots featuring walls of stone salvaged from the excavation work.

Unique Attributes:  During the Pre-Construction phase, we worked with architect and owner team members in value engineering a framing solution that produced the most bang for the buck: conventional steel framing for the sales/admin/showroom areas and a pre-engineered steel framing system for the service area.  The project exceeds minimum energy standards and features a waste oil fired heating system for the service area.
