Unique Attributes:   This is a highly energy efficient building, and uses 50% less energy than one built to minimum Vermont Commercial Building Energy Code standards.  The state-of-the-art automatic temperature control is via a fully integrated digital control and energy management system.  Key energy systems (fuel, electricity, water systems) are metered and monitored to assess energy usage in real time.  A 52kw roof-top photo voltaic array provides 25% of projected energy use.
