Unique Attributes:  This project incorporated a barrel truss roof framing system to provide an open aesthetic while accomplishing a wide clear span structure.  The in slab refrigeration system was designed to provide an even temperature across 100% of the ice surface.  The project also incorporated the structural c capacity to accommodate the addition of a future mezzanine level.  The project also had a guaranteed Owner occupancy date with a fourteen month construction schedule.  This project was staged and coordinated with owner personnel to assure safety and security in a very active campus environment throughout the construction phase.
