Unique Attributes:  This project required a high degree of coordination between the Owner’s consultants, suppliers, and other construction entities on a $130 million new resort development.  The project was expedited to meet a coordinated opening of the new resort and accommodate a drop dead move-in date for Polo-Ralph Lauren, the retail tenant.
