Unique Attributes:  This project was a gut renovation of existing housing.  Energy upgrades included polyurethane spray foam insulation, new membrane roof and insulation, new thermal efficient windows, and a completely new HVAC system.  ADA requirements were met via the installation of a new elevator contained in a new stand alone elevator tower.  All finishes were new.
