Unique Attributes:  An existing structure was gutted to the steel frame.  After mitigating for poor soils, existing foundations were shored up.  new, energy efficient roof/siding/insulation systems were installed, along with high end windows and doors.  An entry element and mezzanine were added.  Interior finishes and state-of-the-art ATMs and Personal Teller Machines were installed to VSECU branding standards.
