Gut Renovation / historic restoration to create modern office space.

Unique Attributes:  This was a gut renovation of the entire second floor of a building on the historic Fort Ethan Allen complex in Colchester.  The project featured reinforcing of the roof structural system and incorporating the exposed timber framed trusses into the finished areas.  Energy upgrades, new windows and new MEP systems enhanced the site’s energy efficiency and comfort for all occupants.  A new sprinkler system was installed as a code requirement.
