Located just outside of Bradford and adjacent to the I-91 Park and Ride, this new regional transportation center is an energy efficient, steel framed, 8,000 square foot facility designed to house the bus fleet and administrative offices of the Upper Valley Community Transportation Center.

Unique Attributes: A wood pellet fired water heating system is used the heat the building (in slab radiant), provide domestic hot water, and serve the two station bus wash systems in the wash bay. Office cooling is delivered by a mini-split system with recovery unit. Facility electrical needs are provided by a 65kW combination roof and on-site ground mounted Photo Voltaic solar array. Bus wash system rinse water is provided by a roof water collection and storage system.
