Unique Attributes:  This project included the restoration and adaptive reuse of a 19″ century town hall and town center building, a local landmark that had suffered greatly over the years for lack of use and maintenance.  Project involved extensive hazardous materials remediation prior to construction.  Included refinishing of many unique architectural features.
