Complete Design-Build services for a new 11,600sf multi-practice medical office building.

Unique Attributes:  This project was a fast track development project including complete programming and design to accommodate three medical practice groups.  The new development occurred on the Owner’s existing site with an existing but outdated facility that was dept operational throughout the construction phase.  Once the new facility was completed, the old facility was demolished and replaced with a parking area to serve the new facility.
