Major 27,000sf manufacturing addition and renovation for an Electro-Chemical Machining process to support the production of newly developed components for the next generation of GE’s jet engines, the GEnx engine.

Unique Attributes: This project involved extensive permitting to support a complex process expansion and included air quality, water/wastewater, hazardous waste, and power supply as major permitting issues. The foundation and slab system included installation of drilled grouted piles to support building and equipment loads.
