Unique Attributes:  This project included the restoration and rehabilitation of a downtown three story brick building including creating transitional housing units, drainage improvements, elevator installation, and porch addition.  Historic restoration elements included preservation of original stairway, pressed tin ceilings, some bathrooms, and the front façade masonry.
