Three phase gut renovation of 39,000 square feet of corporate offices including major HVAC upgrades and historic preservation.

Unique Attributes:  This project was a leap-frog renovation in three distinct phase.  Once renovations in one area were completed, Owner forces moved into new space and renovations commenced in the just vacated area.  The project also included work in four building units constructed over 120 years and included historic preservation components.  project received recognition for use of state-of-the-art energy efficiency applications.  Productive Owner use was preserved throughout.
