This family owned, multi-generational Harley Davidson dealership needed to expand showroom retail, sales, and parts/service departments to support the business growth of this high volume dealership.  E. F. Wall’s Design Build team worked closely with WHD owners and managed the design, permitting and construction phases for a complete project.  The work included a 6,000 sf addition as well as interior renovations and upgrades to the existing facility.

Unique Attributes:  All new and renovation work was coordinated so as to allow continuous WHD operations of all departments throughout the construction phase.  A recently purchased adjacent site was integrated into the redesign, featuring a new curb cut and on-site traffic patterns that provide access to the dealership building on one side of the entrance, and 3/4 of an acre of paved parking on the other.  The expansive paved area was designed to accommodate parking as well as special events hosted by WHD.
